Parasail Pricing and Options
Requirements: For parasailing, you must weigh at least 130 pounds to go by yourself, weight required varies on windspeed and weather. If you weigh less than 130 pounds, you must be accompanied by another person. Depending on weather we can fly 1-3 people in the air at a time. You must be 18 years of age to sign to Parasail. If you are not 18 you need a parent to sign for you at the time of check in. Valid on the date and time selected. Please check in 15 minutes before your time slot. Refundable if North Coast Parasail is not operating due to weather conditions.

Observer seats are priced at $25 and grant guests the opportunity to ride in the boat, subject to availability. Parasailing participants receive priority.
Our boat can accommodate up to 6 passengers; please note that observer seats cannot be reserved, as they are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and only if there are open seats on the boat at the time of the reservation. These seats can be added and paid for upon arrival.

Does parasailing take any special training?
No! In fact, it’s very simple. No special skills are needed to fly, and we will teach you everything you need to know.
Is parasailing hard? Is a lot of strength required?
Not at all. If you can sit, you can parasail. There are no special skills or strength needed.
What are the age and weight restrictions for parasailing?
Parasailing is safe and available for anyone age 5 – 93. To fly alone, you must weigh at least 130 pounds. Otherwise, you can go up with a friend.
How many people can go parasailing at the same time? How many people can ride on the boat together?
Up to 3 individuals can go fly at the same time, and we always encourage groups because it’s such a fun group activity! We can accommodate up to six on the boat. Observers may come along, but those parasailing get first priority.
What should I wear to go parasailing?
Whatever is comfortable for you! There really are no requirements. However, if you want us to dip you in the water during your flight, you may want to wear a bathing suit.
Are reservations required for parasailing?
If space is available, we are happy to take a walk-in. However, it’s always a good idea to call ahead in order to check availability and the weather.
What is your parasailing cancellation policy?
To receive a full refund, please provide 24 hours notice of any cancellation.
Is Cedar Point admission required?
No. You do not need to pay for Cedar Point admission.
Can I fly tandem with another person?
Tandem flights depend on the wind and wave conditions of that particular day and the weight of the participants. Most days we can fly 300lbs. Ideal conditions we can safely lift more.
I’ll be in town for a few days, when should I parasail?
Don’t wait until your last day to come parasailing with us, it might rain or be too windy to fly that day. If you’ve got a nice day, better jump on it. After all we’re talking about Lake Erie weather.
